Our complete infrastructure and the carrying out of all processes from the very beginning with the raising of the livestock, allows us to offer our wide range of fresh meat (pork, suckling pig, lamb, veal, poultry, rabbit), sausages (mixed, marinated tenderloin, chorizo, fresh and cooked sausages, burgers, sausage, ham), traditional Mallorcan cold meat products and sausages (sobrasadas, sausages, camallot, sausage, botifarrones, cured “ventresca”, spicy Vic sausage) and processed meat (meatballs both small and larger, typical soup, stuffed cannelloni, croquettes, stuffed and skewered meats, breaded meats).
