On the 15th of February,1954 began the journey of this family business, having brought such great after-tastes for so long.

Specialists in traditional baked goods, come by Can Joan d'es Forn and you'll be able to taste their apple ensaïmada, one of the most sought-after treats in Mallorca with the pleasant taste of this popular fruit.

Enjoy also a delicacy that is never missing at our meetings and family reunions: the typical roast suckling pig, with its tender meat and tasty with its traditional crispy crust, all the while avoiding the laborious tasks entailed by the preparation of these, our island's favourite treats.

Working hours: Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 1:30pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 1:30pm. Closed on Mondays.
