General information

Over eight decades' work with the best flavours in Mallorquin cuisine.

Located in central Sineu, Bar-Restaurant goaded Son is a space with genuine character and lots of flavour.

Its atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with its culinary offerings, is enhanced by its typical Mallorcan architecture, furniture and traditional décor, nicely completed by a variety of paintings hanging throughout the establishment.

Open since 1933, this family business is currently run by the fourth generation, a place steeped in history and with a capacity for 100 patrons.

Devoting their expertise and skill to the most typical dishes in Mallorcan gastronomy, its specialities include lamb frito, and oven-baked shoulder of lamb. Of course, we may also enjoy many other delicacies in our island's cuisine, with the essence of the old arròs brut, Mallorcan soups and purées, meat tapas and meatballs, tongue with capers, cod in a tomato sauce, pork with cabbage, the irresistible tumbet, along with pork fillet or fried eggs, eggplant filled with cod or beef, oven-roast suckling pig, snails, rabbit or sepia with onion... among many other exquisite reasons to drop by for a visit!

Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 4:30pm and 6pm to midnight. Open on bank-holiday Mondays.
